Sales Representative/ Marketing Assistant

75% of your time will be spent telling people how you can help them have great meetings by inviting a best-selling author and inspirational speaker. You will learn about meetings and media as you identify, evaluate, develop and secure speaking engagements as well as radio, TV, and magazine appearances. You will also be prospecting to attract new students to our dynamic and proven educational programs. The remaining 25% will be spent in various administrative duties supporting our marketing department. Some design and writing opportunities will be available as you prove yourself. Senior Sales Consultant - Sales Coach

As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will lead the charge to identify, evaluate, develop, and close new sales opportunities. The Senior Sales Consultant will attract and retain new clients for our dynamic and proven business programs. You will work closely with the CEO and sales team to enroll clients into our successful leadership programs.

The Senior Sales Consultant will be located in Chicago and must be available to travel throughout the territory, which includes the surrounding suburbs. Candidates must have a history of successful sales development within the professional services arena, double digit revenue growth, and a deep understanding of one or more industries (i.e. Food, Financial Services, Energy, Retail, Healthcare, Commercial, Media/Entertainment, etc.). Additionally, the SR Sales Consultant must possess great relationship building skills and an ability to develop quick rapport with prospects and clients.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Selling our dynamic and successful business programs to Business Owners, Sales Professionals, Entrepreneurs, and Senior Executives
·
Coaching and developing sales professionals to achieve sales success and personal growth
·
Performing daily/weekly/monthly sales activities to cultivate new sales opportunities
·
Prospecting for new and potential clients through networking and special events
·
Leveraging key personal and company relationships to grow enrollment in all company programs
·
Developing sales strategies to maximize all opportunities

Requirements:

·
College degree required, MBA preferred
·
5+ years in an outside sales capacity with a proven and consistent track record of hitting sales quotas annually, being goal-oriented, self-starting, and over-achieving
·
Strong business acumen, solid verbal and written communication skills, and quick decision-making
·
The ability to deliver high quality, creative presentations
·
Experience building teams and coaching, managing, mentoring, supervising, and developing other sales professionals
·
Proven performance in all aspects of the sales cycle (prospecting, price negotiation, closing, etc.)
·
Significant experience developing consultative relationships with and selling high-value consulting solutions to senior executives (CEO, CFO, COO, and CIO), business owners, and other key decision makers.


Webmaster

The Wright Leadership Institute is looking for a web genius to own our websites, online sales, and web partnerships—design, coding, posting, online video and audio, interactive tool development and more. Seeking an entrepreneurial-minded web generalist with a great eye for design who wants to work for a personal growth and professional development firm looking to make a difference in the world.

Must be PC and Mac literate. Must be strong in HTML without relying on HTML applications.

Executive Assistant to the CEO

The Wright Leadership Institute, a dynamic educational and personal development organization, is seeking an exceptional, values-oriented Executive/Personal Assistant to the CEO.

A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5+ years related experience are required; M.B.A. preferred. The ideal candidate must exhibit outstanding skills in communication, problem solving, and working well under pressure. Must be able to manage CEO’s calendar and travel arrangements, relate to current and potential coaching and consulting clients, and have advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite. Duties include a wide variety of administrative tasks, personal assistance and project coordination, including but not limited to:

Serving as liaison to internal and external team members and clients
·
Drafting, editing, formatting, distributing, and filing project documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence
·
Updating and maintaining team schedules and contacts
·
Generating weekly and monthly project status, sales pipeline, and activity reports
·
Provide support to team regarding software usage and trouble-shooting

Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Internships

The Wright Leadership Institute has paid and unpaid internships available in marketing, media, sales, graphic design, web design, curriculum design, coaching, training, publishing, and public relations.

Interns take on primary responsibility for developing and executing an exciting and challenging project, ultimately producing a resume or portfolio item for the student to use in future job interviews. You’ll be mentored not only by our staff but also by the rich and diverse experience of our students, many of whom welcome interns for consultation and site visits.
