Bunk beds, intense work sessions, impromptu songs and skits, collaborative meal making, daily lessons on human potential research and neuroscience, leadership training, team building, and laughing so hard you may very well pee your pants…all on an 80-acre, lush, sprawling, oak savanna.
These are just some of the things you’ll experience at Wright’s Summer Leadership Training. This “adult summer leadership camp” is not for the faint of heart, but it is for those who are ready for some of the most learning-filled, leadership enhancing, emotionally inspiring, alive moments you’ll feel all year (and maybe ever!).
During our Summer Training, you will learn countless skills in team formation and collaboration, leadership, and project management, but more importantly, you will have a fantastic time creating lifetime bonds with an amazing and massively diverse group of awesome co-learners who make learning, well, fun.
This week long training brings you a unique opportunity to dedicate yourself to your goals, dreams, and aspirations.
Work hard, play hard is our mantra at the Wright Summer Leadership Training! Once you arrive, you’ll receive your room assignments (Yes – that means bunk beds and signing up for shower times! Boys and girls separate, please) and split up into groups. You will spend the rest of the week with your group, working on outrageous, seemingly impossible tasks in an ever-shifting, ever-demanding, wildly fun environment.
The Wright Summer Leadership Training attracts a wide variety of people, from young teens to people in their eighties, parents to single folks, high-level CEOs to freelance artists and doctors to high school students. This dazzling diversity compounded with the intense day long training will make you tap into emotions you experience on a daily basis (but typically ignore): fear, anger, hurt, sadness and joy. It’s definitely not a piece of cake, it’s hard work and you will never forget the bonds and lessons learned.
