Jillian Eichel

Jillian is the Program Director, Director of Coaching and a Senior Coach at Wright.

She trains Wright’s coaches and program leaders, leads several weekend trainings and oversees student services.

As one of our senior coaches, Jillian coaches individual clients and students in both our introductory and advanced personal growth groups.


Jillian is responsible for developing the coaching curriculum for Wright’s programs and has successfully organized, presented and facilitated over 20 workshops and trainings at Wright.

Prior to joining Wright, Jillian spent six years as a psychotherapist at the Josselyn Center for Mental Health, specializing in addictions.

Jillian earned her M.A. in Transformational Leadership and Coaching from Wright Graduate University, her Master of Education in Community Counseling from Loyola University, and her B.A. in Psychology and English Literature from Northwestern University.

“Be committed and want anything but a 9-5 job! Be ready to experience and have others see your greatest flaws and encourage you to really be the best you can be…very seriously.”

What is the most embarrassing music album you’ve purchased?

“Barbara Streisand AND Neil Diamond’s Christmas albums!”

What is your favorite sports team to cheer against?

“I don’t like to cheer against sports teams. If I ever happen to watch a sports game, I am happy to cheer for whoever scores and feel for whoever loses. It’s the sport of empathy I play!”
